Whale Tail Works LLC ("we", "our") makes premium games and runs a small online storefront. Our privacy philosophy is simple: we collect as little as possible — usually nothing.
This website
whaletailworks.net is a static website. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics, does not show ads, and does not collect, store, or share any personal information. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to operate the service — see GitHub's privacy statement.
Our games
Our games are premium, offline-first titles. They do not contain advertising SDKs, do not require accounts, and do not transmit gameplay data to us. Game saves are stored locally on your device. Where a game has its own privacy policy, it is linked from that game's store listing.
Purchases
Purchases of our games are processed by the app store you buy them from (such as Google Play), under that store's own privacy policy. We receive only the anonymous sales reporting those platforms provide to all developers — never your payment details.
eBay storefront
Orders placed on our eBay listings are handled by eBay under eBay's privacy policy. We use the address you provide there solely to ship your order.
If you email us, we use your address only to reply. We don't add you to lists or share it with anyone.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
